Jim Doane
President and Partner
Jim brought ten years of sales experience with him when he began his career at Continental Marketing as an account manager in 1989. Through his hard work he expanded the scope of Continental Marketing's business by developing new relationships with several retailers in and outside the Pacific Northwest. His responsibilities at Continental Marketing quickly grew as he became partner in 1991, sales manager in 1992, and president in 2000. Jim's current responsibilities include overseeing the company's sales, finance, and day to day operations, as well as maintaining some account relationships.
Jim is an alumnus of the University of Oregon and Harvard Business School. He feels that his strong retail, business and marketing backgrounds give him the ability to assist clients and customers maximize their sales and profit.
Jim enjoys gourmet cooking, golf, college sports, and spending time with his wife Laurie and two sons, Jordan and Austin.
